I couldn’t recommend Jack more highly. As a new puppy owner, I wanted someone who would not only help with my puppy’s behaviour but also teach me how to communicate with him effectively, which was achieved. The session was incredibly hands-on, practical, and informative. Rather than just demonstrating techniques, everything was explained clearly so I understood the reasoning behind each exercise. By the end of the session, my puppy, who had been full of energy and easily distracted, was completely calm, focused, and following instructions. The transformation was remarkable. What impressed me most was how personalised the training was and how confident I felt afterwards. I left with practical tools that I could immediately continue using, and I could already see a positive difference in my puppy’s behaviour. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping both you and your dog succeed, I would highly recommend them. I highly recommend Jack as a dog trainer! He is professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. My 2.5-year-old Miniature Poodle, Fluffy, needed training from scratch, and I quickly realized that I had a lot to learn as an owner too. Even after the first observation session, Fluffy was already walking much better on the leash. Jack explained everything clearly and gave us practical techniques to work on. Jack is a highly professional and thoughtful dog trainer - I felt like I learned more during 2 hours with him than I have ever done before, despite growing up with dogs. He gave a ton of good advice to help us with our dog’s various behavioral issues (reactivity, poor recall, attachment etc). Jack is also just a very kind and fun person to be around. Our puppy, Monkey, is on his way to being a very well behaved boy - thanks to Jack. We learned so much valuable information on what causes certain behaviors and how to prevent them. I’ve been training with him for about 6 months, and the difference has been amazing. At first, Lychee pulled so much on the leash that even a short walk around the block felt really stressful. Now, most of the time, Lychee can walk at my pace and stay much more connected with me. He always kindly explain everything, and whenever I have questions, I can reach out and he always responds as soon as possible. I also really appreciate how carefully he summarizes what we covered in each lesson. What I loved most is that the training felt completely customized for my dog, Lychee.
